Pork pieces smoke dried in the traditional Kodava method. Excess pork was traditionally dried over the wooden chulahs using flat bamboo caskets hung from the ceiling. It gives a distinct taste as well as helps preserve pork for a long period of time.
Can be dry fried or used to make yummy curry.
