Kachampuli (Coorg Dark Vinegar) (500ml)
Kachampuli or the Coorg dark vinegar is a dark tart vinegar made from the fruit known as Panapuli (Garcinia Gummi Gutta) which belongs to the Garcinia family. This vinegar is known for its distinct taste and colour and mainly for the flavour it adds to the traditional Pandi Curry. This can be used for other meat and vegetarian dishes too!
Garcinia Gummi Gutta is also known for its cholesterol controlling and weight loss inducing properties.
This is now available in a 500ml bottle with a 'flip-open' type cap for easy pouring. Happy cooking!
